A Witch's Heart

A Witch's Heart is a children's book that springs to life with each page. Threading together the tale of how a witch's magic is intertwined with their heart, it follows a little Witch who has lost her own. Taking inspiration from Eric Carle's paper collages, the book explores playful ways to incorporate textures and patterns. It's engaging with the variety of pop-up styles and materials, from felt, thread, to translucent paper. Fun, colorful, and full of whimsy, it's a wholesome story of finding oneself in places that are most forgotten.

"Oh you silly Witch, don't you remember? Your magic lies in small comforts! Of soft grass, crunchy leaves, and old worn t-shirts."
"Oh that's it! Now I remember, I left my heart among the forgotten joys, between nostalgia and burnt s'mores!"
